Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tri-Valley Home Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including homeowners seeking services and service providers receiving leads.

2. Service Description

Tri-Valley Home Services is a lead generation platform connecting homeowners in the Tri-Valley area with licensed, insured home service providers. We are NOT a home service company. We do not perform any repair, installation, or maintenance work. We facilitate connections between homeowners and independent service providers.

3. Provider Terms

• Platform Fee: $99/month
• Per-Lead Charges: Vary by service category (Plumbing $47/$33, HVAC $57/$40, Electrical $43/$30, Water Damage $68/$48, Locksmith $28/$19 — emergency/non-emergency)
• Free Trial: 30-day free trial on the platform fee for new providers
• Billing: Month-to-month billing. No long-term contracts.
• Lead Charges: Per-lead charges apply from day 1, including during the free trial period

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month via Stripe
• A 10-day grace period is provided for failed payments
• If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your account will be paused and you will not receive new leads until payment is current

5. Lead Policy

• All leads are exclusive — they are sent to one provider only
• For emergency leads, providers must respond within a 10-minute window
• If a provider does not respond within the required window, the lead will pass to the next available provider

6. Cancellation

Providers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current month's platform fee or per-lead charges already incurred.

7. Liability Limitation

Tri-Valley Home Services is a lead generation service only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any work performed by service providers. Service providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Tri-Valley Home Services. By using this platform, providers agree to hold Tri-Valley Home Services harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from services rendered.

8. Privacy

Your use of Tri-Valley Home Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
